You Talk I Type is dedicated to providing you with the services of a Virtual Assistant together with the ability of having your document typed and produced speedily and efficiently, with the assurance of a quality service at all times.  Your work can be produced by either you providing written work to be typed or by providing a digital file to be transcribed into a finished document.  If you have any questions at all, please just ask, all queries can be answered quickly.

How You Talk I Talk uses your Information

• To provide a Virtual Assistant/Typing/Transcription service to you.
• To service and administer your work including billing.
• To improve my service to you.
• You Talk I Type shall not provide your information to any third party.

Confidentiality Assurance

All work is carried out with care and you can be assured that your work is confidential and will not be divulged to a third party.  The nature and identity of any information will be treated with the utmost respect and privacy.

The respect for Confidentiality will continue after the work has been concluded.

Proof Reading

At You Talk I Type, all work is proof read by the Virtual Assistant/Typist/Transcriber.  Whilst every care is taken to provide accurate and complete transcripts, You Talk I Type does not accept liability for loss or damage arising from errors and inaccuracies in transcripts which may occur.  This includes but is not limited to the following:-  

• Errors due to inaudible transcripts either due to poor or quiet recordings, strong accents or poor quality recordings and/or background noise.
• Typing error or errors not pointed out to You Talk I Type following the editing process.

The client will assume full responsibility for the final proof reading and accuracy of all documentation.  Any errors, omissions or additions should be brought to the attention of You Talk I Type within 48 hours of receipt and 2 edits of the document will be carried out free of charge (dependent upon the length of the amendment).

Any further additions or amendments will be charged at the hourly rate agreed with the client.  Full instructions must be provided by the client at the outset of the contract with You Talk I Talk and no responsibility can be accepted by You Talk I Type for any discrepancies.

The client shall indemnify You Talk I Talk in respect of any loss, damages, costs (including reasonable legal fees), expenses or any other claims suffered by You Talk I Talk and arising out of any libellous or illegal matter contained in any material printed or produced for the client.

You Talk I Talk assumes no liability for loss or damages to physical media supplied to You Talk I Type by post and cannot guarantee the safe return of goods via post.

You Talk I Talk reserves the right to return to and amend this Privacy Notice at regular intervals.
